So I went there to buy a tub of ice cream, I grabbed a chocolate tub and I grabbed it from the section where it was mentioned it is a chocolate ice cream section of the fridge and I admit that it was my mistake to not read the label on the ice cream tub which was vanilla . I realized that as soon as I reached home it was not even 10 mins when I bought that tub ,I came in to return it and informing the girl in the front that they have kept wrong ice cream in the chocolate ice cream section but she was never ready to exchange the tub telling me that it’s not their policy. I have always loved the ice cream here but this kind of issues literally makes me sad.

Pros: The ice cream is quite good and good quality (not out of this world though) They are open year round Flavours are always changing, creative, and use legit ingredients. If it’s a flavour with pieces of something else, there is no shortage
Cons: A little too expensive in my opinion Not enough parking/parking lot is in terrible shape Not open 7 days a week in the off season Nowhere to eat inside so have to eat in your car or take home if it’s too cold/bad weather for sitting outside Vegan flavours aren’t the best No automatic door button (pain in the butt with a stroller or wheelchair)

Staff is wonderful. The ice cream freezer is organized really well. I love every flavour I’ve tried but the chocolate skoreo is a great go-to.

I have nut allergies and yet can eat ice cream here. They have a protocol to offer uncontaminated servings. And the ice cream is phenomenal!

September 2024 Five stars for the ice cream, one star for the staff, store and service. No prices on anything, and the employee had to tell me all of the prices verbally. No menu board, and zero personality for the staff. The store is as plain as it gets. $4 for a single cone, extra for a waffle or sugar cone. I love the carp creamery ice cream, but I will not come back to this location.
