I bought a chicken burrito bowl, and the first thing I noticed was that they only put ONE scoop of chicken in the bowl, even though it costs over $14. Every other fast-food Mexican franchise uses two scoops of meat for the same price or less. The chicken was cold and bland. This was the worst experience I've ever had buying a burrito bowl. Never again.

When they first opened, portions were amazing. Food was fresh, it was delicious. You actually got what you paid for. And then it went down from there. Portions started getting smaller and smaller at the CP location so haven’t been in quite a few months. Decided to give it another shot and sadly, hasn’t gotten better. I barely had any meat or rice in my burrito bowl… not worth the price. Don’t think we will be going back any time soon unfortunately.. with a new burrito joint opening in CP soon, Guac may want to do better……

Don’t go to this place they don’t provide good food service. I ordered a large burrito and they filled half of it with lettuce and rest of the veggies were just a joke. I even asked them to correct it they simply said yes but ignored the thing I said. They don’t care about customers.
Nice looking place. Not to eat in though. Employees could barely speak english. Didnt have a knife to cut a burrito in half. The large burrito seemed more like a small one. Was not the worst place I have been been not great.

Visit April 2, 2024 for late lunch. We tried the beef bowl and the chicken bowl, along with a Jarrito pop and churos. All were excellent. Staff were helpful. Limited seating area inside. Priced moderately to expensive.
