We haven't order from here in a while so we gave it a shot tonight and we where VERY disappointed the food looked great but had absolutely no flavour whatsoever the broccoli and beef had no taste and barely cooked the broccoli the Cantonese chow mein again had no flavour I think that will be it for us a big disappointment for our town if I could give it a negative star I'm sure it would be 2 of them think the owners need to look at the cooks and make sure they have the right fit not the ones that have given up

Lovely place. Staff was courteous. Food came out from the kitchen quickly and was very good.
Shocked at the amount of food for the price (very good).
Egg roll was a little different than I am accustomed to - very good.
Had fried rice, S&S Spareribs and Cantonese fried noodle.
Can not go wrong for fine chinese meal

Pre ordered dinner for my family dec 19 on Uber eats for christmas eve.Called house of Fong and spoke to a women to confirm my order. She said it was good I called because in the next day or so they would be closing orders for christmas eve. I thanked her and explained how this was our first time ordering take out for christmas and asked her if this was the best way to plave and order for delivery and she said yes and assured me everything was set. House of fong canclelled my families dinner on uber eats 20 mins before it was to be delivered. When I tried to call them.thw phone was shut off leaving my family with no dinner christmas eve. Tried to order with a local restaurant, lesson learned. Very poor customer service. My mother also tried to contact them online and no response. Not a great representation of how a restaurant should conduct business. Plan and prepare better next time and if not possible kindly provide better customer service.

Ordered from this restaurant for our family Christmas eve dinner. Large order, placed 5 days in advance, confirmed with restaurant by phone. Family sat here Christmas eve awaiting our order, only to find they had cancelled our order last minute and we're no longer answering their phone. Left my family with no dinner at 7pm on Christmas eve despite accepting and confirming the order 5 days in advance. Very very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again! BEWARE

Ordered 2 weeks ago for Xmas Eve, pick up at 5 pm, drove half hour to find out would be 6:30 pm. Not too professional, nor did they care , never again will we order from them

Very disappointed to have been told when we showed up to pick up our order it would be an hour and a half late. We ordered weeks ago and confirmed our order this morning. Absolutely no remorse from staff about missing out on our Christmas Eve dinner tradition.

Some of the best Chinese food my husband and I have ever had. It's always so fresh and delicious. We've only been living in CP for 4 months now and we've ordered from here 4 times. We have tried so many dishes and have not found a single thing wrong with anything (and we are pretty picky!!) It's the only take out we get now. Our favorites: Singapore curried rice noodles and the shredded ginger beef. Thank you House of Fong for preparing such delicious food 🥢

**Update**
Haven't been in a few years. Still top tear food and service. It was busy tonight, and I only had to wait 8 mins for my food, can't beat that. Support local.

53rd birthday I take my mother there to celebrate my birthday. Food wasn't bad, but it just wasn't good.

Ordered general tsao chicken and it was mushy bland and had no taste, rice was ok and spring roll may be the most oily item I have ever eaten. I would not recommend this place at all, very disappointed.

I can't believe I wasted $80 on this terrible food. To be honest all the dishes were bland and tasteless and SOGGY, especially the spring rolls. I will never go there again. If I could give a negative stars, this place would deserve it.

We have dined here on several occasions however, this evening we were quite disappointed.
The vegetables on two of the combination plates was very undercooked (almost raw) and thus very hard. Three of the plates came fairly quickly while we had to wait for the forth for quite a while. First three diners felt awkward eating before everyone was served. Our server never came back to check on us and I had to go to front counter to enquire about my rice that was missing.
Hopefully things will be back to par next time we visit.
