We went through the drive thru yesterday. Our order wasn't complete so we had to wait. No problem, long weekend Friday night and it's busy. But when they brought out our order half was missing. So I had to go in and the rest of our order was there in a bag. They handed it to me and apologized.
When we were back on the road we realized they missed another piece of the order and the Glass we bought was also not their.
Disappointing. Next time we'll go next door to the Tim Hortons.

Very slow experience here. We stopped in rather than driving thru, and it took us about 15 minutes to get our food - which seems long for McDonald's. Not sure what's going on at this location. Service was friendly -- just slow

Ok wow. Ordered my food in drive though at 00:33. Finally got my order at 00:52. Speed is not at this location.

Usually the best McDonald’s I go to, the few times I’ve had an issue it was immediately resolved, but I don’t know why today I asked the same guy twice for full fries and each time it was only marginally more full, it was also the first time an employee has taken back the thing that needed replacing and just topped it up which just seemed unhygienic, he didn’t know if I washed my hands or not before touching the bag he grabbed from me, after all that the fries still look low to me. I don’t know if it’s just me but if I’m spending $30 on a meal for two I’d like to not see the whole top of the container, or maybe just don’t go and barely top them up the first or second time? He saw that I was upset and I just frowned when he asked me if that was good before he immediately walked away, I never like confronting people just doing they jobs but I like to ask for help when I can, and everyone else here that I’ve asked for help from has been accommodating, but maybe not everyone has gotten the memo? I wouldn’t have even bother writing this but I don’t know how else to approach that kind of awkward situation over something that should have been trivial on McDonald’s side, but is pretty big for me, when this is a treat for once in awhile.
I want to change this review asap, since there isn’t an option to rate the average vs a singular interaction, I just hope this is an outlying event.

A certain manager has on multiple occasions caused unnecessary drama concerning easily resolved problems and has been highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Today he blatantly lied to my autistic son, informing him that in the future he would be required to pay for an additional hamburger if he desired to substitute a potato bun ( my son is allergic to) for a regular hamburger bun on his chicken burger order, Treating my son as if he were somehow scamming the store, then in a passive-aggressive manner, gave my son a second bun in a separate box as well as swapping out the original “potato” bun. an obvious attempt to cover up his love of conflict. PS: from all the comments about this person on here, I can’t believe they are still employed by this store!
