Liam the shift superviser tonight has absolutely awful customer service skills, after our order was completely wrong and drinks were incorrect and complete soda water. I have never been spoken to so rudely after trying to acknowledge an issue with an order, I am not even "the customer is always right" person, but I was completely taken a back with the response from the person supposed to supervising the shift, how are staff supposed to learn how to troubleshoot issues with orders if the person leading the example speaks to people like that? Extremely disappointed, I've never had an interaction like that, not even an offer to rectify the order, just asked "so what would you like me to do then?" When I called in when we realized the order was wrong. Have a great night Liam hope your customer service skills improve, more training is definitely needed.

Went through the drive-thru and paid by debit at the first window. When I got to the second window to pick up my food I was told that the tap didn't go through so I did it again. When I got home I checked my bank account online and saw I was charged twice! And the first charge was more than what the order actually cost! Feel like I was robbed.

BEWARE. I purchased a Big Mac from the drive thru at this location on 17 Sep 2023. It contained a substantial unrecognizable object, which I discovered after consuming most of the burger and almost choking on it. I was no longer at the location so I reported the incident to MacDonalds on-line later that day and also reached out to Health Canada. Almost ONE WEEK LATER, following persistent attempts to contact them and after the local Health Unit contacted the location , the local manager finally called me.The length of time that MacDonald's and this restaurant took to follow up on the report of a foreign object in their food is unacceptable. They did nothing to immediately confirm the nature of the contamination or the source, nor did they take any steps to ensure that more contaminated food wasn't being served. I have reached out to Macdonald Corporation and never once received a call back. I was told by their local manager that I should contact their lawyer but he hasn't been able to provide me with any of the contact information, so I have bascially been ghosted by them.While food contamination is regretful (and sometimes even harmful) it does happen. What I don't accept though is a large corporation who thinks they do not need to take immediate action when receiving a report of food contamination, or that they are not responsible for confirming as soon as possible the scope of the contamination and ensuring that the food they continue to serve is safe. Equally alarming is a corporation who thinks it can shirk this responsibility by simply ignoring a customer who experienced such an unpleasant thing as finding a large hunk of something unrecognizable in their mouth while consuming one of their burgers.
