Undercooked pizza when we asked for well done. Cheese was not even melted and was in chunks. All the vegetables were raw. And they even didn't bother to cut pizza in proper slices. Highly disappointed.

I ordered their new Stromboli last night. I requested it be made with dairy free cheese even stated it was was for a dairy allergy. My breast fed infant cannot process dairy. They clearly ignored this request and put normal cheese in it as he was up screaming in pain the whole night :/ never ordering food here again.
Dietary restrictions: They are not a good place to order food if you have restrictions. It isn't taken seriously at this location at all.

Me and my kids were going to pizza pizza to have some food. We ordered a poutine. When my kid started eating she stopped and looked at me and said there was a bug in it. We left and didn’t like what we got. We spent our money on nothing. We also saw that they weren’t wearing Any gloves and also wipe their hands on their dirty pants.
