I ordered their new Stromboli last night. I requested it be made with dairy free cheese even stated it was was for a dairy allergy. My breast fed infant cannot process dairy. They clearly ignored this request and put normal cheese in it as he was up screaming in pain the whole night :/ never ordering food here again.Dietary restrictions: They are not a good place to order food if you have restrictions. It isn't taken seriously at this location at all.

Me and my kids were going to pizza pizza to have some food. We ordered a poutine. When my kid started eating she stopped and looked at me and said there was a bug in it. We left and didn’t like what we got. We spent our money on nothing. We also saw that they weren’t wearing Any gloves and also wipe their hands on their dirty pants.

Owners are incredibly cheap, the rip the slice sized pizza boxes in half to save money and it results in grease everywhere in the bag. The pizza seems "doughier" that any other pizza pizza I have been to and the sauce is chunky? I suspect the owner is cutting corners on the supplies that make Pizza Pizza a consistent product across Ontario. AVOID.
