I placed my order in the phone standing in a drive thru line for 10 min arrived on the window employer said it’s still no ready you have to come in the store I pulled my car went in the store and order was seating right our there which was ready already it was not at all more than 30 sec I parked the car right away near the door . What was the problem ? To hand me ?? Not at all new I used to drink other coffee always got my coffee wrong I changed my coffee now bcoz I feel bad to go back again and again to ask a new coffee to make . Some of the Staff is absolutely rude .

Service is very bad. No kindness. First time I got wrong size coffee, next time Americano tasted like water. They corrected it but with attitude.

Horrible service. I asked for a grande oat latte with 1.5 shots of espresso and the pedantic employee gave me some lecture about how she cannot do that, something about company policy and refused to make my drink. Weird and unnecessary. It’s a coffee, you’re not breaking the law, it’s not that serious. Never had this issue anywhere else.

Bald guy has such bad customer service, everyone else was super nice. Apparently at this location you have to pay extra if you want a side of cold foam instead of it on your drink, but a water cup is free?? Make it make sense. Anyways he stared at me for a solid 10 second out of annoyance because I wanted to customize my drink, if he has a problem with that why does he work at Starbucks lol.

A great spot to stop! Quick and friendly, full of great merch. Their new cafe set up isn't as cozy as it used to be, but I love that the staff have more space to work. It's bright and clean, from the bathrooms to the pastry case. Most of the staff is pleasent and friendly. There are a handful that have been a bit grouchy faced when I've popped in, but I don't have to have a headset on while trying to make drinks and deal with a cafe all at once, so it's never a real issue at all and I understand it's not easy. This spot is all around a good one. Keep up the great work, Team CP. You guys are always busy but seem to rock it anyway.

Just a normal Starbucks. I don't know why people are all noting one star. Maybe they visited during the morning rush? Anyway, I went during the day and drinks were fine, the workers were polite, no problem at all

I do not like the new set up. Other than a bar with hard wooden chairs, there is no where to sit and enjoy a beverage with a friends.

They make the best Carmel macchiato. Only 2 places in the world does it correctly..little Carleton place and pikes place!!!!!
I ordered 3 drinks on the app as I was arriving at the restaurant, I went through the drive thru behind 2 other cars and when I said I was there to pick up the order I was met with the response “well we just received the order 1 minute ago so we’ll have to park you”. They proceeded to serve the two cars ahead of me and when I arrived at the window they told me I would have to leave the drive thru, park out front and come in to get my drinks. At that point, I just said “if I had come through the drive thru and ordered my drinks I wouldn’t have to pull around and come in” and was met with the response of “you ordered 3 drinks, that will take 10 to 15 minutes to make”. When I went into the restaurant I was then approached by what I believe was a manager to tell me that they were understaffed and busy while there was no other customers in the restaurant and they had an employee casually walking around unpacking boxes rather than helping make drinks after saying they were understaffed and so busy. Needless to say, this is not the first time i’ve been spoken to this way at this location and it should be made more clear to customers that mobile orders are last priority to drive thru and store front orders so it could take up to 20 minutes to receive an order that would take 5 minutes if ordered in the drive thru or at storefront.
Tim Hortons is a lot better than this place, this place has awful staff, bad food, and the coffee tastes like ashes. I could have just been unlucky but this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to.
Store is very clean, staff are very nice but seems to be disorganized with orders and does take a while - specially the order ahead meals. Drinks often can be made wrong too.
