Paid for a simple coffee and lemon loaf. Left a good tip as I always do. Then after waiting twenty five minutes and after watching at least fifteen people walk in and pick up there online orders I gave up and left without my coffee.STOP PRIORITIZING ONLINE ORDERS AND TAKE CARE OF THE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF YOU.

Have been going to this Starbucks for a while and I have been patient enough to not say anything and hope it’ll change. But every time I order a latte and or cappuccino, I never get to full cup size. It’s always half full and or burnt.

Starbucks sucks and everybody makes me feel uncomfortable, I got this weird looking strawberry in my drink, I feel depressed and un appreciated, I’m a daily customer and I always leave a tip. We should find more workers non on the liberal sideThank you.

I waited 30 minutes for 1 drink (chai latte) I noticed people who had come in after me leaving with drinks while I waited. The barista making the drinks was doing the best she could but obviously my drink was missed. When I asked if I had been forgotten the person (manager) with iPad was not receptive to my question, quite rude I know mistakes can happen but kindness would have gone a lot further. Mobile orders are ridiculous and should not be priority over the customer that takes the effort to walk in. I also would like to know why the same product is 20 cents more in Carleton Place than Stittsville?
