Front door was closed an hour before the official closing on thursday june 5. Looks like the workers inside dont care and dont want to work. Very unprofessional.

All around 1 star, no one was rude but not one server is wearing a hair net with shoulder length hair. Pretty sure the female server was chewing gum the whole time and this is the soggiest wrap I’ve ever had. I had to peel it off the paper to eat. I left sad because no one made eye contact or smiled in there.

The staff was friendly, greeted us as we walked in, and made our three veggie subs exactly how we like it. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to.

sorry, i’m not one to leave bad reviews but this was CRAZY. i ordered a two cheese dipper which came cold, mangled, with only cheddar cheese, WITH A STAPLE IN IT and no chipotle sauce on the side for dipping. i’m scared to look at the sub i ordered with it… literally inedible there goes $5 lol update… sub is inedible too.. way too much sauce. i want a refund please but I already paid and picked up. the store closes soon

Arrived at 8:15 and was told they’re closed. I would get if we showed up at ten minutes to closing, but kitchen closed 45min before closing time?? At a subway!???

They say they are open till 9 pm but didn’t let us in at 8:30. Only in cp they let teenagers run stores. Zero stars, terrible service wouldn’t recommend to anyone living or visiting in Carleton place
