Cookie looks like it has missing piece like someone cut it off with a knife subway cookies are insanely expensive for just cookies so every bite is savoured you have let me down subway

My husband picked me up a footlong chicken bacon ranch on flatbread. The bread was completely stale on one side — so rock hard that I had to rip it off. I asked for extra onion, and it’s not that they didn’t deliver on that, but you think they could at least cut it first? Who grabs a handful of that and says “yup, looks good!”??
