We were very disappointed in our meal tonight. The fries were undercooked and different from usual Swiss Chalet fries. The sauce was thick and salty and the bun was not fresh. I should’ve gone to a different location! Lesson learned.

Such a con - ordered my meal . On arrival , claimed they didn’t have any white meat . Offered me a refund and found they refunded me $3 less than they charged me ! This place is the worst - food literally slopped up into a box a tossed over the counter with no care at all so looks like I missed a bullet anyway.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at this restaurant. I had placed a pickup order for the festive special that my family looks forward to each year. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the restaurant had run out of the meal I selected. I was offered an alternative and assured that I would receive a 20% discount to account for the price difference.
Unfortunately, this discount was never applied. Instead, I was charged for the more expensive replacement meal, even though I completed the payment in the store. Following this, I reached out to customer service to address the issue, but my concerns were repeatedly ignored despite multiple follow-up attempts on my part.
This restaurant is frequented by many elderly members of our community, and this experience raises concerns about how easily someone less inclined to question discrepancies might be taken advantage of. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both communication and customer service practices moving forward.

Eating the first two spring rolls were fine till I saw what was hiding beneath. I absolutely love Harvey's but the Swiss chalet spring rolls were a huge disappointment. Chicken burger buns were burnt too. Had the rolls not been hidden I probably wouldn't have even posted about this.

The hubby was coming home super late today so I figured I'd treat myself to Swiss chalet! I ordered through UberEats the half chicken meal in hopes I could eat some now, share it with my 2 toddlers and possibly have some for later.... but to my disappointment I received a 2 leg dinner instead..... the portion was alot less then intended....and we are left still hungry... and on top of receiving the wrong chicken portion, I opened the butter packets to see they were throthy and sour! So I wasn't even able to enjoy my bun with the signature chalet sauce.... I still ate my meal, it was still tasty. I just wish I got what I paid for. From what I am seeing the price difference between the 2 meals is only a few dollars, but I feel like I got cheated in a way.

Quickly accessible on Hwy7 in Carelton Place. This is a "fast food" Outlet. You stand in line to order. The food was definitely Swiss Chalet but drier. The tables were smaller and not as comfortable as I'm used to. Really rather disappointing.
Staff are amazing always happy and good to talk with food is always what you order will be going back

Went thinking it was a Swiss Chalet, it's a Swiss Chalet express inside of a Harvey's. Food was good but not what we were expecting as there is no table service. Staff were friendly and fast.

Their buns have gotten a little hard and tasteless so I asked them for a replacement. They suggested coleslaw and I'm so glad they had that option. And will be doing that option in the future
