Quickly accessible on Hwy7 in Carelton Place. This is a "fast food" Outlet. You stand in line to order. The food was definitely Swiss Chalet but drier. The tables were smaller and not as comfortable as I'm used to. Really rather disappointing.

Went thinking it was a Swiss Chalet, it's a Swiss Chalet express inside of a Harvey's. Food was good but not what we were expecting as there is no table service. Staff were friendly and fast.

Their buns have gotten a little hard and tasteless so I asked them for a replacement. They suggested coleslaw and I'm so glad they had that option. And will be doing that option in the future

App didn’t work for my curbside pickup, employees could have been more attentive to someone sitting in there curbside pick up spot. Strange how those two thing correlate.

I ordered online.The app communicated that it would be ready in 15 minutes so I drove to the restaurant for pickup. After 15 minutes while I was at the restaurant they called to tell me it would be at least another 30 minutes as they had run out of chicken…They told me I could cancel my order and I asked about the refund. They said for me to call the 1-800 number on my receipt.I would not recommend this place.

Went in to buy your 1/2chicken meal found that the the piece of chicken I received was very small when I ask the girl at the cash if this was a 1/2chicken she said it was she told me when sits around a while it shrinks.it must been siting around a long time because last time I order 1/2chicken dinner it was bigger piece . I will think twice before ordering from here any more .
