Stopped here for a drink and a snack. The Egg Nog Latte was good as we're the scones. If we visit Carleton Place again we will return.

Absolutely delicious and the staff are super friendly. They even accommodated my very customized order. If you go, I highly suggest getting a grilled cheese and asking them to add chicken. they only had pesto chicken and it made my sandwich all the more delicious. It’s so nice to find home-cooked food instead of having to go to a retail chain for your lunch.

Always enjoy the casual but efficient atmosphere at the Good Food Company. The staff are always happy and helpful.
Parking: On some days and times parking can be a challenge. However we plan our time and have no issues with street parking

We have eaten and purchased products at this business for years. We have never, I really mean never been disappointed. Keep up the great service and food. Best wishes, Doug.
I was last here pre-covid and everything has gone downhill. There is no service to table, order and they bring it to you, the ambience once cute and charming is stale and sterile. Prices are over inflated for quality and taste. My potato and leek cup of soup was plain, with very little anything and for $6.50 campbells store bought is better than this “made from scratch”. The chipotle bacon grilled cheese had no chipotle taste, the cheddar was thin and limited. The sourdough bread was thin and did not seem homemade as in the past. The bacon was sparse, not flavourful and under cooked. Seemed store bought as well. Then the whole sandwich was pressed not grilled (so a misnomer to start?). Overall I recommend not going here at all which is sad. It was once a great place for homemade deliciousness.

Amazingly delicious meals, snacks, desserts, and specialty coffees. Only natural ingredients are used. Great place to meet with friends, have a fast meal to go, or to enjoy a leisurely treat on my own.

Very nice place for breakfast or brunch. It's on the smaller side so you order at the counter and they bring the food out to your table. There are about 8 small tables and a small bar, so seating can be limited if it's busy. The establishment asks that you move along when finished to help make space for others who may be waiting to sit down. It wasn't crowded while I was there. The bacon was really great and they had a nice selection of jams for the toast. I would recommend this place for locals and visitors.
