I got the spinach artichoke dip, excited that it wasn’t just spinach dip and it was a large enough portion for an app however the taste was off. There was weirdly a fishy taste to it which wasn’t the most appealing and the pita bread tasted stale/old. Much too expensive for a sub-par appetizer in my opinion. The service was fine.

I’ve been eating at thruway restaurant for years .If you haven’t tried the pizza yet you definitely need to come in for pizza and a beer ! It always tastes like more 😜not to mention if you ask for Paul as your server he will definitely put a smile on your face 😀

The service was very friendly, but quite slow, and some of our food (the home fries, the toast, and the hollandaise sauce) was cold when it came out. The pieces of rye toast were quite small and we found out after the fact were extra charge, the home fries seemed to be the kind you stick in the fryer from frozen, and my hollandaise sauce was a bit gritty, like it came from a packet. So not the best quality of diner food. Overall, though, not bad portion sizes for the price.
