Service is always great. Don't usually leave bad reviews but I ordered a farmers wrap in the meal with a hashbrown. My hashbrown tasted fine the first bite, but after the second bite it tasted of pure mold. I didn't see anything wrong with the but that taste made me physically get sick. After getting over it I started eating my wrap, and there is no sauce or cheese. Little disappointed and grossed out with today's food. I'm not sure what happened to the old staff but bring them back, this timmies used to be my favorite for food. Concerned staff potentially aren't cleaning properly and/or potentially serving out of date stock? That taste of mold will forever stay with me, sheesh.

Been dealing with customer service since April 11 about a burnt bagel. It was so burnt that I had to throw it out as it was not eatable. The customer service has sent 4/5 prompt service requests to the manager of this location and they have yet to reach out to me via email or call. 9 going on 10 weeks and no one at TH can resolve the issue Obviously the manager isn’t to worried about customer service or appreciate its customers so I’ll be go to its competitors from now on. Now you want to address the issue and for me to start back at customer service? If you read the comment you’ll see I have being dealing with customer service since April 11 trying to get the manager of this location (unsuccessfully even after 4/5 prompt by customer service to you (the manager directly) so no I’m not chasing after you anymore. Customer service has my info so get it from them

They were cleaning the ice cap machine on a Monday morning at 6:30 AM. Something that should be done at night. This is on my route to work so I do hope this message helps for not only myself but for other customers.

Staff here are always friendly and efficient. My order is always right. But, there was deep fried plastic in my farmer’s wrap this morning. Crazy parking lot, be cautious. Crazy bugs (mosquito dragonfly?) outside.

Thank you for making our holiday trip back home a breeze! My family of 5 came in at 7 in the morning on Boxing Day, and were greeted with a smile and were swiftly helped. We had quite the large order and the lovely blond lady at the front (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name) was so patient with us and made 100% sure she got all of the items. The worker who brought us our sandwiches was so lovely as well. By far the most pleasant experience I have had in a Tim Hortons in over a decade. Y’all killed it :D Cheers!
