I waited tonpost a review untill i had been to this location a numer of times (5 or 6)..usually around 5:30pm.
The drive through has been decent but i side the staff moves slow.
Today we went in and there were a few families waiting to recieve their orders...we waited to order no one acknowledged us for a good 5 minutes..then the manager was on the floor kindly asked to moved so she could take a picture of the doughnuts...we noticed no cars were at drivethrough anyomore but we still waited. 2 of the other gamiles came cack to mention they were missing parts of their orders and we waited.
The staff seemed to avoid taking any orders and the manager just seemed to chat woth staff and we waited. We got to place our simple order and then waited. The order was almost right (no sugar in the coffee).
I just feel there was minimal effort put into the service each time go inside.

was feeling hungry in the middle of the night but didn't want a hamburger. Went to Tim Horton's, The employee there Jenna I think was very patient as I wasn't sure what to order. She recommended the chicken parm pizza and I was not disappointed at all THANK YOU JENNA, Great mid-night snack.

At times this location is slow and they never get my order right. All I want is a bacon and sausage breakfast wrap without your awful hashbrowns in it!

Went there around 1 am, as seen in the picture there are lots of products ready and baked and I saw them being ready taken out of oven and brought to cool down,
As I was looking at the shelf with the products 1 of the employee approached me saying you cant order anything from that shelf to which I ask why not she said they are not ready to sell to which I replied the look fresh and cooked she said she cannot sell them yet and only order from the whatever is left on the2 displays.
I ordered a croissant and left but it seemed very rude and ignorant from the employee that if everything is ready why not sell to the customers who want it and are ready to pay for it rather than let it sit there!

I was a regular at this time Hortons for over two years. Every morning I went and got my iced coffee with less cream and less sugar, always with a straw. Every morning, no matter who was working, they recognized my order at the speaker. I rarely had to ask for a straw because they knew me, and they knew I wanted one. My first great experience was with Amanda, who I think was the manager. I had called because something tasted really off with my iced coffee. I wasn’t able to go back to get another one that day, but I still called to let them know in case it was something with the cream. Amanda told me she would look into it, and took down my name. The next day when I went through the drivethru, they gave me my coffee for free as a replacement for the bad one the day before. I don’t think he works there anymore, but a younger man named Jacob coined me the “Iced Coffee lady”. At one point I would have multiple staff members coming to see me at the window to say hi. Currently Brittany, Bhoomi, and Jocelyn, are beyond incredible. This Tim Hortons is no longer on the way to my new job, but sometimes I take the longer detour just to see the girls. This Tim Hortons must serve hundreds if not thousands of people a day, and still I became a regular by just going once a day. I love this Tim Hortons and the staff that work there. Amazing team, food, and atmosphere. 10/10!!!

Had a really good experience at Tim Hortons! A girl named Adrianna helped me out and she did such a great job. She was super nice, got my order right, and the service was quick. Coffee was fresh and everything came out perfect. I was impressed by her performance considering how young she looked! Thanks Adrianna for making my visit awesome!

I was absolutely displeased by the service today. As I was pulling through the drive through, I was greated by AI. I politely asked to double check my order, and was unpleasantly surprised to hear “it’s not ready yet, it’s coming 😤😠!!!”. The window door was then viscously closed. Food was good.
