Came here on a friday and had the quickest service ever. I was actually stunned. This ginger boy took my order and made it all in the span of a minute. It was so efficient and quick! The ice capp tasted great too! He was also very nice and told him he was killing it! Please give this guy a raise or promotion because he’s the best timmies worker i’ve ever seen!

It is a good stop for long distance driving. Coffee and sandwiches taste good.
Staff barely speak English. Prefer old style coffee and donut shop they too many items now really slowing service.

Hate going to this Tim hortons. Food is fine like every other store but the difference is that they have 6 people working drive thru and 1 person working front cash. Walked in and waited 15 minutes in line up while watching people getting upset and leaving. Unfortunately I gave up as well and left. A balance of people on front cash and drive thru would be better but it appears five thru is more important then face to face service. Drive 2 extra minutes into Carleton place to the other Tim hortons. Much better customer service
