Service-wise, everything is fine. I'd just like to make a friendly request that the Casselman Tim Hortons bring back the bilingual (English/French) menu boards. It is an insult to the majority of Casselman residents and your customers to take the French away. Come on, guys. I know for a fact that Tim Hortons offers the bilingual menu boards and it would be a matter of flicking a switch for you guys.

I had a very nice lady take my order. She was very pleasant, spoke English and French. Actually, I thought she was the nicest Tim Horton employee I ever had. Service was great and place was very clean.

jessica always remembers my family's order on Sunday nights and always tells me when the candy cane hot chocolate is available because she knows it's my favorite. she is friendly and always asks how my hockey game was.
