Asked for ketchup for my take out order when I checked there was none in the bag. I decided to sit and eat before leaving and found the fries to be cold. The floor in the eating area had some food on the floor not appealing and someone could slip. I did see they posted looking for staff.
Bradley the assistant manager was so good to his team behind the counter. I've been to many McDonald's and I had to take the time to congratulate him on his performance. Despite the business of the morning the atmosphere was happy, the staff were smiling. He helped our road trip get off to a good start. Bravo@
