Yesterday I went to go to Tim Hortons, clearly I was out of the loop as it closed lol. Yes I know it’s being renovated 😂 which led me to this cute coffee shop called The Carolinian cafe and eatery. The Carolinian doesn’t disappoint - small town local for the win! I’ve tried them many times and liked everything. Today I asked about the eggs in the breakfast burrito and was offered to special make them scrambled as I don’t love the texture of the souffléd egg. The result was amazing! Thank you for offering and making sure I loved my breakfast. As per usual the London fog was awesome. Will always recommend the Carolinian.
