They haven’t gotten our order correct in a very long time, and my vanilla chai tea latte ALWAYS comes to me as a coffee with a chai tea bag in it. It’s gross and I’m not returning to this location (Cayuga) anymore.
Ive been going to Tim Hortons for years and while its not fancy,its consistent and sometimes that's exactly what you want. Their coffee is smooth and comforting especially the classic double double.Its not as strong or rich as some boutique coffee shops but it hits the spot on a cold morning.
Placed my order and go to get my bagel snd she asks me my order and i retell it and she wraps up a bagel that is dry no cream cheese and looks right at me the while time! Not quite sure how you intentionally give someone the wrong order
