As someone who was there when it was Freddie's, I can tell you the food quality, specifically the poutine is not there anymore. Very mediocre gravy compared to the old stuff they used.
Food was good poutines have a lot of cheese. Prices are a bit High considering they're just potatoes.
On a side note letting the customer know how to carry the stapled bag when they leave might be a good thing considering you hand it to them standing up when it needs to be sideways. It's a little messy afterwards.

Great place to stop at right on the highway. There are chip truck options and ice cream. The place has washrooms and an ATM as they only accept cash. Lots of tables and chairs on the patio. A little pricey for the quantity of food but overall everything was great. We had poutine, and the gravy wasn't very warm, so it didn't melt the cheese, but the fries were hot and crispy, and there were lots of cheese curds.
