Arby's Reviews
Tonight I had a great experience at the Chatham Arby’s. My order was prompt and accurate. There were several customers in the drive thru and at the counter and it moved quickly. There were also several skip the dishes orders and I didn’t feel that I was made to wait because they were ahead of me. It appeared to me that they had staff designated to help all the customers equally.
Ordered a regular roast beef combo on my short lunch in the drive thru…got back to work and opened the sandwich to find a beef and cheddar with bacon…I know it’s not maybe a big deal for someone else but I can’t leave work again to go back. Just fries for lunch today I guess. 😔 Guess I’ll just have to check everything and make sure before I leave next time. 😐
