terrible place to order called at 5pm never got my order . super desapointed
After experiencing a long wait for food that I pre ordered online, a wait made all the more annoying in that there was almost no one else waiting, I sent in my complaint online to KFC. Their idea of an apology was a form letter email and a free popcorn chicken. I will not be redeeming that offer and will be switching to Popeyes from now on. Poor service more than once in a time when it cannot be afforded. I recommend you go elsewhere.

Attempted to do a delivery order website would not work at all when trying to make a payment. Tried to contact the restaurant 5 times they hung up the first 2 times. Went into the restaurant and placed my order, which they entered in wrong 3 times. So by this time I just wanted my items. I get home and it’s nothing that I had ordered. Tried calling to speak with the manager and got hung up on again. Finally someone picked up the phone and I explained everything and just advise them of the mistakes so they don’t make them again. The restaurant seemed as though no one is actually running the place and they just do whatever they want. A gentleman was waiting when I got in there and I received my items before him. Very unprofessional.
