They were understanding, respectful, and took the time to explain how the app works and what likely caused the location error. Their customer service truly exceeded my expectations. I had originally called the Wallaceburg location to ask if they could cancel or transfer the order to Chatham. Unfortunately, the person who answered was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help, simply telling me to “fix it in the app.”

“Absolutely amazing staff and very interactive when it comes to children.The addition of Ice Cream to the Chatham Location is a big hit with my kiddos. They are always quick to fix mistakes if they occur and are always kind when it comes to it.“

“I’ve described your establishment to friends …. A short walking distance away is a great little bar called Mike’s Place that up until recently served custom labeled thick glass pint-size steins of my favorite hard cider Angry Orchard.

But to my wife, Robin and I, your place has meant much more since we took possession of our house. During the relentless hours of labor and physically trying times of setting-up our house, beginning on November 02, 2023, we’ve made many pilgrimages after the exhausting days, partaking in your cool oasis, ordering a nine-ounce red merlot wine and a Pint of Angry Orchard Hard Cider sans the ice! We can’t decide what’s our favorite entree, your Pulled-Pork Pizza on a gluten-free cauliflower crust or your deep-fried Panzerotti with meat sauce.

We moved to this side of heaven from the traffic-gnarled metropolis of Toronto, where Angry Orchard Cider had been very hard to come by, occasionally inventory would be made available for a limited time at a random L.C.B.O.. When we arrived in Chatham, I was blown-away by the hospitality of you folks not only having Angry Orchard Cider from Cincinnati, OH / Breinigsville, PA on tap in custom labeled pint-size steins, but also had been regularly available until recently for purchase at the local Sobey’s Grocery, Wal-mart and L.C.B.O.!

Sadly, things change beyond our control, we’ll just have to live with the memories….“

“Wimpy's is always a go to restaurant for my family and I. They always provide excellent service with a smile, delicious food, decent prices and I love the retro vibe the restaurant has! I definitely recommend :)“

“We were in town for a hockey tournament and made reservations for a large group (35+ ppl). The staff were great at accommodating such a large group and this was the fastest service I’ve ever had at a team dinner in the many years my kids have played sports - our meals started coming out within 10-15 minutes of ordering and our whole group was fed within 30-40 minutes. Our servers, Amanda and Madison, did a great job - they were so organized with our jersey numbers and very quick at replenishing drinks. Our bills were all correct at the end of our meal, which isn’t always easy. Great job, ladies! You both did a fantastic job!!

My only complaint would be the bathrooms - only 3 stalls in the ladies for a pretty big restaurant, and one was out of order during our visit.“

I regularly visit here and staff is bunch young guys. They are respectful, customer oriented, good in service and serve with a smile on face… everytime. Thats really needed in food chains nw a days .

“Bathroom was acceptable. Counter staff was pleasant and capable at her job. At 5:30 PM on Tuesday the drive through was busy.You serve yourself a drink from a machine that seems to have an endless amount of choices.The dining room was clean the tables were clean. The dining room feels to insitutional cafeteria for my taste. As I look around the room I get the sudden feeling like I want to leaveSurprisingly at 50 years old I seemed to be almost the youngest customer In the restaurant.There were a couple of groups of older people. They were not loud or boisterous.The food was hot and fresh. Tasted as it should.The manager should be proud of all the workers at this store.I will definitely come again but I think I'll eat outside on the patio next time.“

“One of the best McDonalds I have been in. Was impressed on how they had one person clean the tables as people left. Other restaurants need to take a lesson from them. Service was excellent as this is my one stop on my way to Windsor. Have told others of this excellent restaurant! Kudos to all who work there!“
