I went in to this New KFC location in chatham, about a month ago, and was instantly very surprised on the atmosphere and the service at this location. The other location in chatham has really went downhill, and I didn't have high hopes for this location. I was so excited to try this new location. Sadly it wasnt the greatest experience. The resturant was empty, the fountain drink machine was busted and my chicken was overcooked and dry.

This KFC was ok. The quality of the chicken is not ok though. When you question what the piece is, I think there is a problem. I'm certain they are cutting the big pieces, like the breasts, in half and using them as two pieces rather than one. I pulled out one piece thinking it was a drumstick because that's what it looked like, but it was a half of a breast.
