I ordered a Chicken Shawarma OzBox at 11.35pm and eagerly waiting for my order. When I received it I found the quantity of the chicken and rocks (rice) is so little and all the box is full with lettuce and tomatoes which are not even chopped. The salad also feels like someone done that in a hurry with long pieces of green papers.

When the Osmow's Shawarma Franchise was introduced in Metropolitan Toronto a number of years ago, the menu wasn't anything to write home about.
Giving the Franchise another chance... I visited inside their D3 Unit at the Thames Lea Plaza off Grand Avenue West in Chatham.
Their menu has changed using their own New Age vinacular terms for Rice & Francaise Fries with Rocks & Sticks.
Their Beef Shawarma OzBox (think dinner), choosing their Fattoush Salad & Medium Heat Sauce is worthy of getting again!
