I frequent this Tim Hortons for coffee in the morning, and I’m always pleasantly surprised by the staff that hands the coffee through the window. They are always so pleasant, and have a great attitude.
My experiences with Tim Hortons have been quite positive overall, though there is room for improvement in their app functionality. While the coffee shop itself offers a wide range of tasty treats and beverages, I've encountered instances where the app displayed products that were unavailable in-store. It would be beneficial if the app could accurately reflect the current inventory to avoid disappointment. Additionally, a more seamless process for refunding money to the app...
It's always a pleasure to order at this Timmies. We ordered at the drive through. Although it was a long line the staff was fast and efficient. They worked together as a team and handled that busy crowd like pros. I could see things tidy inside and the staff at the window were friendly and considerate. We'll be back to order a 4 by 4s and snack at this Timmies again. Luv Malcom???Stay strong Chatham.
