A recent visitor to McDonald's had a positive experience with a friendly older employee who provided excellent service by keeping their Big Mac order warm under a heat lamp. The manager of a different location received praise for making a child's Happy Meal extra special by providing crayons and an extra dessert. Lastly, a regular customer at a third location commended the staff for significantly improving the quality of their coffee, regardless of the time of day.
