Toppers was my go-to pizza. The clelmsford location is ruining it for me. The last 4-5 times our order has been messed up, missing items, late or under/over cooked. You should expect to have a good experience when you order hours in advance and pay delivery and tip. I have ordered from Toppers in various cities and always been happy. My visit to this location was not what I was accustomed to. The counter attendant was less than friendly. There is an open window to the kitchen. They do not use gloves when handling food. I could not see hand washing. Food prep person went from answering the phone back to making pizza. ? I also heard the cook say she didn’t remember if she used lactose free cheese on one of the pizzas she prepared.

Ordered on line a few weeks ago but ended up cancelling it as it was going to be 1 1/2 hour delivery time. I also have a hard time believing they have no phone number to call so you have to go through the whole process through a call centre. Today I place my order at 1:37 for a 5 pm delivery.
