I dealt with 2 people there (1 was a manager to help sort out my order that I screwed up and an employee who took my order and opened up the bathroom for me). Both of them were extremely polite and happy to help out. I just wanted to give them a shout out - thanks guys!
We stopped here for a late lunch on our way back home from Timmins and the service was great. We all had to go to the restroom and the staff let us in. They also were very friendly and professional.
I placed a mobile order and when i came in was greeted by a nice older lady, who confirmed my name, and instead of keeping my order at the counter she kept it under the heat lamp all wrapped up nice so it wouldn't get cold. Her service was exceptional and it made my big mac taste that much better. I didn't get her a name, but i hope McDonald's recognizes those employees. I travel all Ontario and go to all McDonald's all over. Never have i gotten the service...
