Coming from St Marys and Seaforth , we searched for a diner with home cooked style food ( I prefer old style diners ) . We googled and found this out of the way diner / truck stop . Lots of old style bench seating , which I prefer, The menu was fully loaded with much variety , Service was prompt and very friendly , meals were over sized compared to todays " regular " sized meals. Food was very good I am an older gentleman and love the old style of Home style cooked meals . The prices are comparable to any other establishment of the times . I will return and enjoy good food without all the atmospheric bling I could care less about . Owner says opened in 1978 , and still going , so that speaks volumes (Y) (Y)

About the only thing that is keeping customers coming is the servers they always have been and still are awesome. There location is another plus business wise. Food is diner type and prices are extremely out of touch. I will not be stopping by very much it is no wonder that this location is very seldom

Wow... are you kidding!? $18 for 2 eggs and bacon breakfast?? $22 for an omelette?? And the dinner prices are insane! $26 for pork chops!!!! Kids Hamburger meal $15?!Listen, we've eaten at Diner type restaurants all over the world... and some pretty fancy upscale restaurants serving new age food and I've never seen these prices anywhere!!Absolutely insane. All I can say is it must be nice to have no competition for miles and regular farmer clientele. Whoever is eating here obviously doesn't care about value, or their hard earned money. We looked at the menu and ordered a side of fries. Service was great, thank you ? and the fries weren't even fresh cut fries.. frozen... ?♂️you should be ashamed of yourself . Won't be back.

Food was fine but it was extremely overpriced. I paid $30 for a bacon cheese burger and a diet pepsi. I could order a 6oz top sirloin from the Keg for that price.

Have eaten here before but was disappointed in my recent visit. Prices are way up (even allowing for inflation and cost of living) and the quality of food is down.

We have eaten here before when we lived in the area and thought we would return as we were back for a visit. What a change - the prices are way up and the quality of the food is down. The fish and chips were ruined by stale coleslaw, the turkey dinner consisted of dried out turkey slices that must have been sitting around for days. The veggies were soggy. The mashed potatoes were passable. Total cost: average fish and chips and poor quality turkey dinner + tip $72.00. Overpriced and not worth it.
The food was excellent. The staff were excellent. The large portions would probably feed two people to be honest. I'm glad I stopped by to eat here and would definitely go back again. I'm surprised at all the negative reviews around the prices. Welcome to 2023, the cost of everything has increased. If people want a $10 hamburger then McDonalds is just up the road. Stop by here and enjoy a great meal!!

Prices are thru the roof! Cost me $18.50 for a corned beef sandwich on rye, no fries no coleslaw no coffee. Quality good but not worth the price!
