“We had the best service today around 5ish June 3rd. Food was perfect crispy fries for the cheesey fries so no soggy fries. Cute little enjoy comment hand written on our fries container with a smiley face gave us a smile and felt welcomed to be at Willy's. Keep up the great work guys and gals!”

“I have always enjoyed the food, an have been a long time customer as a local but the staff went above and beyond on Friday. my daughter was out walking with a friend and is type 1 diabetic. Her sugars dropped dangerously low, her friend went in explained the situation and was given a free donut. i went back after paid and thanked the staff and was made to feel like it was no big deal they were glad they could help. but knowing they are there to help anyone when needed just made my heart so warm about how amazing this business really is. From a mom with a newly diagnosed diabetic daughter thank you for being there when I wasn't. it really does take a village. I appreciate everyone of the staff more then they will ever know.”

“Outstanding customer service! This is by far one of the best Subway locations I've visited in Ontario. Dignishia provided exceptional service with a warm, welcoming attitude that you rarely experience these days. She even offered me extra sauce on the side for my veg sub and asked if I'd like a glass of water, small gestures that made a big difference.
