Just picked up two subs. Both were burned and there was barely any sauce, toppings were al falling out. I wish I could give negative review. Goderich location makes so much better subs. You guys should learn from them

Store smelled like rotten food, floors were very dirty, walls & windows covered in dirty finger prints- bathroom was unusable (there was feces on the seat, handle, wall) lettuce was rotten & smelled very sour, tomatoes were basically a puree in the bin ( apparently the time of year & type of tomatoes is the issue đđđ even a grocery store canât sell rotten, squishy tomatoes. Why can subway? & have an excuse for it) . Zero cookies (if you want those with a meal like I did) no pretzels. When I asked for the nachos she stated she was never shown how to make them!! When I called back later on that night to address the concerns, she hung up on me & told me that âI get what I getâ even if itâs bad food!

The staff is clearly under the influence, they changed the garbage at the counter and then did not change there gloves after! We had to ask multiple times for toppings, some of our order was still made incorrectly, We waited at least 20 minutes to even get our order. It was a very awkward experience I wouldn't recommend this location.....
I've updated as when I've gone lately, the staff have been friendly and great. My subs are made carefully instead of being tossed together and taste great.

Friendly staff and they make a good sub. Only downside is if you mobile order your sub theyâll heavily skimp on the toppings. You gotta go in store for them to put a decent amount of toppings on your sub otherwise enjoy your bread sandwich.
Great food, and kind staff. Food is delicious and there is a variety of options. Once me and a friend came here to get lunch, and one staff member had a nice conversation with us the whole time, I'm not a very talkative person, but it made my day.
