The menu has several marked vegan options. The service was quick, and the meal I ordered (vegetarian shepherd’s pie) was fantastic. Full of veggies, some beans and chickpeas for protein, all in a tasty gravy and covered in mashed potatoes.
Restaurant is located attached to a Best Western hotel. Menu was typical of pub type food but I was surprised to see they had couple vegan options, which were very clearly labeled vegan on the menu. I had the black bean burger with a side of fries, both of which were delicious. The portions were decent and the price was very reasonable. Service was excellent, and restaurant was fairly quiet when we were there for an early dinner.
Nice evening put celebrating our anniversary

Very disgusted finding a false finger nail in an ice cube in my iced tea today. We weren’t offered any sort of apology from a Manager and or explanation from anyone. Terrible standards for that to happen and be sent out it was very visible when it got to the table.

I am usually not someone who leaves not so good reviews but felt the need to share our unfortunate experience with Arthur’s pub. So, we thought we’d give it a try after reading some good reviews and just being so close by to us. Sad to say we were severely disappointed. My husband ordered the steak sandwich and I ordered the southern chicken sandwich as well as the English nachos as an appetizer (the salsa tasted just like Tostitos dip). To start, my husband asked for his steak to be medium rare, it came well done and extremely hard to chew, it almost seemed microwaved. We didn’t even mention it to the waitress because we genuinely felt bad to even say anything… so we moved on, gave it the benefit of the doubt. But then I took a bite of my southern chicken sandwich and a few bites in… I had a long piece of hair in it which then understandably so, made me lose my appetite. We let the waitress know right away and she took it back and said they would make me another one which we didn’t want because it wasn’t worth it for us and also again, I lost my appetite. Chicken was also rubbery and didn’t even look real. We don’t know why we even paid (over $88 for two meals, one that should’ve been taken off completely and a couple of drinks) as this is a food quality issue and could be even a huge safety issue too. When it came time to paying, I think the manager came to bring our bill but also didn’t seem phased, just apologized briefly and left. At this point, we just wanted to get out and never look back. Sad that we had to go to Wendy’s afterwards to fulfill what was missing. We hope they take this and learn from it moving forward and hope this review helps others also.

Nice atmosphere and decent food at reasonable prices. On a Friday, there's a special on fish and chips, and on draft beer so 2 pieces of fish and a draft will be just under $28

Had been looking for a “skip the dishes” kind of night so opted for burgers here at Arthur’s pub. The decor is wonderful from the outside-in, and the attention to detail is amazing! Maybe the furniture in the restaurant/pub could use a refreshing fabric change or cleaning, though. Each of us chose a burger dish, a Cobourger, a Five Napkins and a French Onion. They are amazing ?. The fries are very lightly salted and from fresh cut potatoes, super! Very filling dinner. One dinner had a salad and the raspberry dressing is a lovely summer compliment. There was one thing that could have been better which was the salad greens. Being more careful with these mixed greens, not serving the soggy, mushy, inedible pieces would have made this salad topped with 2 cherry tomatoes, two slices of cucumber, a sliver of red onion and that lovely raspberry dressing a five star rating. Our server, Helen was attentive although we didn’t learn her name until we had our dinner bill.

Great food.... I had steak and mushroom pie and my wife had typically English Fish & Chips.
Although busy, service was excellent and our server was very friendly.
If we lived closer, this could have become our 'regular' pub.
So surprised as not expected in a 'chain' hotel.

I have always loved Arthur's pub but I have some hopefully helpful critics your English pub nachos always good but lately over done the wings same over done and your flatbread undercooked only mentioning it because such a great place great atmosphere but attention to small details will definitely be an improvement
