Why is it in a Best Western? ... I'm not sure, but they've done everything to make it cozy and a lovely little pub. Great beer menu, decent food, great specials daily, friendly service.

Had all the makings of a traditional British pub! However they didn’t know what curry sauce on the side was 🤷♀️ food was good but on the expensive side. I ordered the steak and Guinness puff pastry pie and was surprised when it came with no side for $17. Try the green apple martini, it’s delish!

Just had a fantastic late lunch at Arthur’s …the pub itself is beautifully decorated and spotless clean and the server was great ….we started with the in house crab cakes which by the way were homemade and delicious , cauliflower bites and the chicken dip were excellent also …for mains I had the Waldorf salad ,my wife had the curry and the kids had pasta and chicken fingers …my salad , which was huge was amazing full of fresh fruit , salad greens and a delicious dressing ..tasted the wife’s Madras Curry …spot on …exactly on a par with curry’s from the British isles …delicious …the kitchen head chef Brian stopped by and convinced us to have dessert …homemade bread pudding ..the best I’ve had ! …sticky toffee pudding was excellent and my daughter had a waffle /icecream concoction that was bigger than her …every thing was fantastic …great place ..well done Brian and company …I even spotted a Chris Devlin lookalike ! ..I’m coming back for the music !

We have family in Pickering and others in Belleville so this is a perfect half way location. Everyone enjoyed the food and the service was great!!
This place is a landmark for the area. Has been here for years and you can access this roadhouse by several vehicles - boat, mc, car, atv etc
Good selection of typical pub food. Service is usually very good. On our occasion, totally forgot our salad until our meal was complete.

One of the best pubs around. Today for lunch following my inquiry I was advised that the Irish Sausages in the Irish Street Meat offering was pork sausage. It was definitely not an Irish Pork Sausage. It tasted and looked just like an old fashioned hot dog. As a hot dog it was very good, but did not match the description on the menu or as advised by our server. That said it is a great venue with the friendliest of staff.
