Let me set the scene - We walk into Boston Pizza Cobourg expecting wings, beer, maybe a casual night. What we didn’t expect was to meet Katrina — the bartender with the charm of a stand-up comic and the drink-pouring skills of a seasoned alchemist.
She didn’t just pour drinks. She summoned them. My Caesar came out looking like it had its own Instagram following, and my buddy’s old-fashioned was so smooth it apologized to him before hitting his taste buds.
Katrina knows the menu better than most people know their own Netflix passwords. Ask her about food pairings and she’ll hit you with a combo so good you’ll question why you ever trusted your own judgment. And don’t even think about asking for “just water” — she’ll serve it with a wink and probably convince you to upgrade to a cocktail that tastes like vacation.
Food-wise: classic BP, but Cobourg does it right. Pizzas? 🔥. Wings? Crispy and glorious. The atmosphere? Chill but lively — like a family dinner if your family also had TVs everywhere and served jalapeño poppers.

Had an amazing evening at Boston Pizza and wanted to give a special shout-out to our server, Katrina. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcome with her friendly smile and upbeat energy. She was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, and she had great recommendations that turned out to be spot-on (the Spicy Perogy Pizza was a hit!).
What stood out most was how effortlessly she handled everything — drinks always topped up, food came out hot and fresh, and she checked in just the right amount. You could tell she actually cared about making our night a good one.
Great food, relaxing atmosphere, and top-notch service from Katrina made it a night to remember. Will definitely be back — and hope to be seated in her section again!

Had an amazing honey dill chicken sandwich with Jordyn as our server tonight. The sandwich was amazing super flavourful and Jordyn was amazing as a server super attentive and paid attention to my dietary restrictions. 5/5 going to be back for sure!

I ordered the tropical chicken pizza. It is something I have had often from various Boston pizzas. This one was terrible. The crust was like a thin, hard dry piece of cardboard. I haven't had anything so bad. I am really surprised it was that bad. You pay a premium for their pizza and something so bad is unacceptable

We had a family birthday dinner at this location, there were nine of us. The food was quite tasty, good sized portions and came out fairly quickly even though it was super busy. The service was good, our server was friendly and kind however we did not see much of her. It took a while to get things like a refill on our drinks, but it was very busy so that could have been why. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant was great in my opinion, it was busy, clean, people everywhere throughout the restaurant having a good time. Overall, we had a good time, good food and we would visit again.
Kid-friendliness: Good choice in kids meals, drinks, meal and dessert.

I had Ang as a waitress and she was the best I’ve ever had. So nice and respectful, never had to ask for a thing.
Customer service was horrible.. The spaghetti was lacking meat sauce.. and the cost of 18.99 per serving is ridiculous

Wow, $100 dollars of food. My salad looked liked it was thrown across the room, nothing like the picture. It was so much better then it use to be. When I called to complain they said contact the door dash for a refund. WHY! you made the meal not the driver. Just pass the buck. What a shame for you as a company to blame others. You made it. Take ownership make it great again. So sad to blame other's for your mess.
