It was a drive through and I was forced to go in cause the drive through was closed. The food was good but the Swiss cheese for my burger was not available and the shake was watered down. A shake should be thick, not watery.

The app is horrendous. I couldn't verify my payment through google pay or any other Cardi used .
The cashier would not take the order because it was a app only deal.
Will likely skip coming here, and go to another place in the future. Not worth the hassle. Deleting app.

Update... Once again I must give another review so people remember what I wrote earlier. This location has family and friends shamelessly pump up this Burger King location when in fact it's not very good at all. We can start with the lack of hair net use STILL, then we can go on to orders made incorrectly when they are ordered custom, to the fact that it seems most employees are related. This is not how to run a franchise. As stated the oil is rarely changed and the food tastes like junk because the owners only care about profit maximization. Little do these people realize they would have twice the business if they actually had well trained employees. Like others have said, avoid this location unless you like substandard BK with the occasional hair in your burger!
This Burger King much like many other places with these owners is complete garbage! Sadly the truth is real and it hurts... Have a look at my pictures and profile as solid proof and my actual "Real" reviews of other restaurants. 3 of their reviewers have exactly 1 review! Pathetic and Laughable... So, 2nd time at this location attempting to order a BIG KING XL . 1st time I realized they had no idea what 2X more stacker sauce meant so this time I ordered extra... Lol. The photos shown which includes my one small piece of onion and 4 shreds of lettuce say it all. But even better, I challenge you to find the Stacker Sauce at all let alone the Extra. We don't need you to cut costs, we need you to make the sandwich as advertised or at the very least as ordered! Worst possible Burger King I've eaten at in my life. You make the McDonald's look like fine dining. If you want to own a franchise, adhere to the standards set and don't try and make your own! Also if you notice, a piece is even missing from one of the patties. Please sell soon to real franchisees!

Can’t follow customer requests, ordered a whopper with no onion and extra mayo. No extra mayo and they left the onion on the burger. Had to wait extra time for the food to come out as well. As someone who works in fast food, catering to the customer request is a large part of the job. What happened if I had been allergic to onion?

Wish I could give zero stars. Staff is rude and food is sloppily assembled. I was also charged on two separate occasions for food I didn’t order and they argued with me when I confronted them about it. Avoid this location at all costs.

This location is located off the 401. Ordered take-out and waited for the order, expecting a hot, fresh meal. The food was cold, soggy, and not hot or fresh. You are better off stopping at an En Route on the highway if you want a fresh cooked order.
