The first visit to this store was excellent . Christine was helpful ,pleasant and well informed .Today we met Debbie ; that was an experience I never want anyone to go through . Loud , shaming, assuming . We left feeling attacked. Never again.

Amazing shoppe. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I can't enough about how incredible they are. I had a case of shingles and couldn't get through to telehealth, so I went straight to Cobourg Health Shoppe. With the advice and natural supports I was recommended; I recovered quickly and almost painlessly!Their recommendations have helped improve my health and also that of my extended family. They came through for me recently when my mother's naturopath couldn't get the anti-inflammatory pills she needed as they are on back order. Three bottles were found at another store and quickly shipped to Cobourg. Now I can rest easy knowing my aging mother can navigate around her home again! Thanks so much for your excellent care!!!

Masks are not for your protection only but for ours. Make your extravanganza selfish employee wear a specific style if they have a problem. The third wave is walking like a wall of fire, it devastes everything on its way. This alone undermines the nature of your "health" in your business.My other point is that when a customer walks in and stay over 4/5 minutes and never had any attention because your flamboyant conversation becomes too social is not proper to good customer service. You are not the only knowledgeable people in town and people read more than you think. This laisser aller is quite an attitude with the store.
