Manager told me the “owner” has specific rules saying you can’t add pecans to items when I’ve been getting this same order for a long time at other locations without issues.
Again with the soup…way too often I am given soup instead of a blizzard.

Dude if your a women don't use the washroom, the sink barely works there's like no air coming out of the drier and one of the stalls is LITTERLY BROKEN.

The staff were good. Got the order taken and made really fast and they were polite. Lineup was kept short. It's also nice to see the staff are all local kids. The problem here is the restaurant is absolutely filthy. All of the garbages were overflowing and every single table was dirty. We decided to use the patio for that reason but even the patio was dirty. There were paper bags on the floor behind the cashier, that's messy but also dangerous as a slipping hazard for the staff. These kids are working hard and fast to try to get the orders done and on time, and they did the job. But somebody needs to give them some support with the cleaning of the restaurant even if that means that the manager has to show up a few times and clean it themselves. This is a managerial problem not a staff problem.

I became uncomfortable when the lady taking our order kept referring to me as ‘hun’ after every sentence. I’m not your hun. We spent $30 on melted ice cream and chicken strips so small they should be advertised as nuggets.

Ordered the new peach cobbler blizzard and it was delicious. Was disappointed to see my husband receive an over flowing cup while mine was very low on topping and not nearly full.
