I see they didn't have any other options, so I chose not child friendly. As a mother and former food service person. I was never trained to touch people or grab their children. Regardless of what my child was doing. You don't put your hands on someone's child. That is full on assault. That type of behavior can be traumatizing for a child, let alone their parent. You don't know what someone has been through, so don't go jumping out from behind the counter to stop a 2 year old who still has their innocence, all because he grabbed a jar with a few coins in it. I am absolutely disgusted with what happened at the Cobourg location.

Banana split ice cream machine came to work a good cause. It was awful soft by the time we got to the table was almost melted.

Staff are younger students so it goes without saying that they are a little less attentive as should be but overall a great place. $9 cheese burger and $10 3 piece chicken strip meal with fries or onion rings, a drink and a Sunday. Find that elsewhere.

Since when did DQ go from tipping your blizzard upside down to brining it home to freeze overnight? They won’t tip it upside down anymore because they give you soup and expect you to be okay with no lid and have it spill all over your car. It’s no longer ice cream it’s just soup.

Manager told me the “owner” has specific rules saying you can’t add pecans to items when I’ve been getting this same order for a long time at other locations without issues.
Dude if your a women don't use the washroom, the sink barely works there's like no air coming out of the drier and one of the stalls is LITTERLY BROKEN.

The staff were good. Got the order taken and made really fast and they were polite. Lineup was kept short. It's also nice to see the staff are all local kids. The problem here is the restaurant is absolutely filthy. All of the garbages were overflowing and every single table was dirty. We decided to use the patio for that reason but even the patio was dirty. There were paper bags on the floor behind the cashier, that's messy but also dangerous as a slipping hazard for the staff. These kids are working hard and fast to try to get the orders done and on time, and they did the job. But somebody needs to give them some support with the cleaning of the restaurant even if that means that the manager has to show up a few times and clean it themselves. This is a managerial problem not a staff problem.
