I get it was sick kids day at the restaurant, i declined donating (as i do though my weekly payroll) , your cashier rolled her eyes . My 10 year old caught it , when I said just that , i caught another eye roll. Blizzards were basically tossed on the counter . If my kiddo wasnt promised a treat after a long drive home , order would have been cancelled completly . Donating to a chairty , isnt mandatory and lot of people either dont want to or just cant . Maybe speak to cashiers about this .

Dairy Queen is one of my favorite spots for an afternoon snack. However, during our visit to this location earlier in the day, we experienced the rudest customer service I’ve ever encountered. We weren’t even standing at the counter, just looking at the menu from a distance, when the cashier addressed us with unnecessary rudeness and impatience. Every customer deserves the time and respect to make their choice from the many menu options without feeling rushed or disrespected. We were so put off by the experience that we eventually left without ordering anything. Do better

A wonderful young woman on the cash and service counter. I had a Blizzard and a burger. The burger was nothing special but the blizzard was very good and of course, was served upside down to show you that it's frozen.

Went through the drive through at 4:40 today. The lady on the speaker was so incredibly rude to my husband in response to him asking if they had a small version of one of their items. We decided to cancel our order and won’t be going back.
I feel it’s necessary to share my experience—specifically regarding the drive-through during the day shift.
Each time I come through, I’m met with the same staff member who, frankly, makes the entire interaction frustrating and uncomfortable. Any time I ask for something slightly different or try to clarify my order, I’m immediately met with resistance, condescension, and the strong feeling that I’m somehow being a problem just for ordering. She often blames the process or the way the order has to be entered into the system, but the way it’s communicated makes it feel like I’m the one doing something wrong simply for asking.
What’s even more frustrating is that other Dairy Queen locations have no issue with the exact same customizations or requests, yet here it’s treated like I’m asking the impossible. It’s not just a one-time thing either—it’s consistent, and it genuinely makes me dread coming here, which is disappointing because I love DQ.
I really hope management takes a look at how customer interactions are being handled during the day shift, because the way things are now, it feels more like an argument than a service experience

Very unprofessional service when I received an incorrect order at the drive thru. Manager gave me attitude when I revealed I had someone else's order and kept grilling me on what i was missing when i just took the order nack as soon as inrealized it was way different. After waiting patiently for the order to be corrected, it was missing a portion of fries. When I went back a 2nd time to get the fries I was met with disrespectful comments. I will not be returning.

Went there about a month ago after my ladies league baseball and because I didn't know my order right away the women working clearly huffed in the microphine and I could here her. When I pulled up to the window she was not friendly, didn't even say hello just gave my friend and our order and slammed the window closed To make it even better the next ppl ordering were my friends and they could here talking about me. The women working had big fake lashes and a person of colour. I hope management checks her attitude.
