Went in for my husband birthday dinner. Got soup and salad and after a few bites received our meal. I advised them I would like to finish my salad. When we got our meal it was cold! They were sorry and were going to reheat it. We decided to leave as this seems to be a trend with this location. Spoke with the manager Hailey who was condescending and told us this is their policy and lots of people like taking a few bites of salad and then eating their main course. Hailey (mgr) then said if we wanted to eat our salad we need to advise the staff to hold our dinner. When I said isn’t that common practice and shouldn’t their staff be trained to properly assess the customers situation. Hailey again advised me this is company policy and how they train their staff. So another words they are not serving all you can eat soup and salad as they rush you so all you have is one serving. We were then charged for our drinks that we didn’t finish and the salad and soup! Won’t be going back!

We haven’t been in in a while, Autumn was our server, she was lovely, soft spoken and attentive. The food was quick even though it was quite busy and was great, took home leftovers. The Thursday special for two is well worth going out!
