Pretty grossed out by their deceptive online scams. Uber eats buy one get one free but you don't get one free since they double the cost when you add the 2nd sub. Total with buy one get one free 30. Total on firehouse website without promos 32. Sick of these scammers in our town. Going to make sure this gets all around Facebook too because I'm sick of these type of owners operating in this area.

Extremely disappointed with service! I have never been there before. I was clearly confused I told the cashier I hadn’t been there before so I’m not sure how it works. He didn’t bother explaining it to me. I ended up looking a bit longer but I could barely read it. I ended up just asking him if I could get a sub with shredded chicken and put my own toppings on. He said I was able to do that. I stood in the area where I thought I’d pick my toppings. A different employee came over and asked if I was here for pick up. I told him I just ordered and I’m waiting to put my toppings on. He said he would call my name. The cashier never gave me my drink I had to remind him and he looked at me like I didn’t buy one. I bought a combo. I’m glad I looked at my sub before I left because it had onions and tomatoes on it. Also it was chunks of chicken breast not shredded. It is way too EXPENSIVE it was $29 for a sub with lettuce mayo and mustard. I barely even like those sauces and i definitely wanted more veggies. I will never be back!

I ordered the thanksgiving sub last night. I had it last year and it was so good. This time it was awful. It was so soggy I couldn't even pick it up without it completely falling apart. It was disappointing. I only ate a very small portion of it and the rest went in the garbage. It definitely wasn't like the one I had last year!
