I have been going to Jim's Pizza for decades and they have always made a great pizza. Will be going back to Jim's for years to come

Bought two pizzas for take out. We get takeout once every two weeks. To date it was the worst pizza I’ve tasted. The pepperoni was massive and baked under the cheese. It tasted off. I can’t explain. I wish we went with Pizza Hut. My grandma used to make homemade and my wife makes homemade pizza so I appreciate different ways and tastes. Im hoping they will read this and practice and perfect their skills.

We absolutely love their food. Not just the pizza’s their Poutine is awesome. The lady that works there and cooks is really awesome, polite, considerate, and ohhh boy can she cook. Our one and only place for Pizza. Also the best prices I have found in Cobourg.

We got the BBQ chicken pizza and chicken tenders both were so good. The patio was also very clean and quiet. All in all great experience we will go again soon.
Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved the chicken tenders and the lady who served us was super nice too.
I've enjoyed Jim's pizza since moving to Cobourg, but that stopped on Aug 7th. I ordered a lrg pizza with half pepperoni for my young guest, half sausage for myself. After a small bite my guest whispered that the pizza smelled funny. I had noticed an unpleasant smell, and thought is was from my pet - NOPE. The pepperoni side of the pizza had a smell, that I can only describe as what you would smell in a barn!. I called Jim's to explain the situation, and was offered a new pizza. I declined because something was obviously VERY wrong with their ingredients (I suspect the pepperoni). The smell was so offensive that there was no way that they wouldn't have noticed. I asked for a refund, and was informed that only the manager could authorize that. I left my name and number, and 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting to hear from someone
