The chicken was so greasy that we couldn't eat it, good thing we could put it in the back of our truck or the grease would have stained our truck. The skin came off the pieces of chicken and it was a pile if mush in the bucket.

I've noticed the slow decline of this location over some time but now i am never coming back. A few missed items or a bad attitude i can deal with but when im served raw chicken i draw the line. Rhe sanwich i recieved was COMPLETELY RAW in the center. I reached out to the company about compensation and they said they'd replace my sandwich for free, when i stated i didn't feel comfortable going back and would just like a refund they ghosted me. I contacted the local health unit, if you value your loved ones and your money DO NOT COME HERE

Disgusting service I have ordered online wait for 45 minutes and the staff she is on phone. Please tell your staff not to use phone while working while working and it’s like on Sunday. Biscuit barbeque

So i placed my order on uber eats for pick up and when i got there, no greetings nothing, after 10 minutes, a guy on counter straight up just said, “SKiP” which felt like a racial remark as i know lots of Indians do work in delivery line which I admire as they are earning their livelihood but doesn’t matter who shows up, i work in customer service as well and we greet whoever comes in at our door first then ask them how can we help you, which is pretty common as he did greet two people before me but i guess that guy thought Indians/ delivery guys don’t deserve the same respect as other customers which pissed me off to a point even the great food didn’t taste as good as it should have, the guy was also from a race ( everybody is ) and I do have African friends who are delightful to talk to, somehow this guy was not in the mood, i even said thank you at the end and still that gave no response so please @KFC hire some good people and/or provide training to existing staff on customer service.
Clean, smells great and super friendly staff with great service. Other LFCs could kearn a few thinga from this location. Well done!
In April I placed an online order for pick up ... only to find out when I arrived that the location was closed for renovation... I contacted kfc delivery about this because I had paid online and couldn't get my food ... they said I had to contact the store ... I called the store and talked to Ivan the store manager he assured me he would cancel the order and I would get my refund in a few days ... I waited nothing came ... I called him again in mid may to follow up he said he need the order number and amount and would submit it to head office ... I again waited still nothing ... I have tried texting and calling about my refund and still no reply back ... it's now June ... I have been beyond patient so now I will be posting until I'm heard .. this is not how you conduct business or treat your customers

The hours here seem to be wherever their staff or owners/management want to come in? Placed an order online a few months ago, THANKFULLY - I had trouble on the site and the order was never put in. So after having trouble, I drove over, LIGHTS WERE OFF AND NO ONE WAS HOME?! This was a weekend, and not a holiday weekend. Online said it was open. Wrong.
The chicken is deplorable. Service and staff are wonderful, location is nice and clean, but Col. Sanders would be rolling in his grave over the quality of the food. I've been here 3 times with the same results, there will not be a 4th
Worst experience! Waited 35 minutes just for 3 piece chicken. Need more staff
They don't fill orders online, they take your money but cancel the order. Head office will reimburse, but you have to get their phone number, and get past the customer service people to make it happen. The store is temporarily closed now, but that doesn't prevent online orders.
Food was great service wasn't the cashier of the name Amandeep was very rude would barely look at me and rolled her eyes twice at me then while I was talking to her she turned around and ignored me their was no confrontation at all to cause this disrespectful attitude
