Very Disappointed with Mr. Sub I found a hair inside my sandwich, which was completely unacceptable and ruined my meal. It’s really disappointing to experience such poor hygiene. Definitely not coming back.

I love Mr Sub, but I can not recommend this location. Told some items on menu not available. Service person on counter was not friendly, rude to some other customers . Got the feeling that you were taking them away from something more important. Place was not the cleanest.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared.
When I walked into the store, I was the only customer. An employee came out from the back and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Food was cold, Server was rude. When asked to add the chicken as she forgot it on the side, she replied I know !when she had almost wrapped the chicken. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior at this location has been in the past as well based on previous reviews. It seems like customer service just isn’t a priority here. Definitely not a pleasant visit.

The store was filthy today: the glass covering the toppings/the topping containers/food prep surfaces look as though they haven’t been thoroughly cleaned in weeks, and the toppings were mixed in with one another. Staff were out back vaping in the hair/beard net worn during sandwhich making and the use of gloves while handling food and then touching other surfaces (till, counters, face mask, etc) is unsanitary. Avoid this location and go up town to Burnham St.

I hate to leave this review as I have worked in fast food industry. But with that being said there is a certain standard in which you should be treated as a customer.
I walked in this store being the only customer and the lady came out from the back didn't even say hi to me, I had to say it to her and when I did got nothing back in return. After I ordered I came and sat at a table to eat. While I am eating there is a male employee mopping the floors ( I understand that) but what I don't get is that he has to push past the chairs on the other side of my table to get into a corner to mop which had no dirt, so disrupted me for no reason.
Then this same male employee then made the subs of two other customers with again NO greeting and the whole time looks miserable. If you're going to have no care please don't work in this industry. Was not the best experience.. not even a nice experience.

The old sub shop experience is no longer there. Days of caring with pride and joy into services is slowly disappearing. People are not into working for the joy of the job and I can see where A.I. is going to take over.

The women working at the store on King St in Cobourg was super slow. I had to wait almost 20 minutes before placing my order with only 2 people in front of me. Either hire more people or put someone faster by themselves.

In my 15 break window, I am able to drive to this location, order my sub, and be back at work. I can’t not express how amazing this is for my lunch. The staff are awesome and super friendly, food is Mr Sub quality.
