I went in just before closing and was greeted by a lady who was kind and knowledgeable about my gluten intolerant issue. Fantastic service. The food tastes wonderful. Will definitely go back. It’s always great when you walk out with delicious food and a smile on your face. Thank you so much. You made my night! See you soon!

This review is for this last experience only. I've been many times at this location and it's always delicious. Tonight, I felt disgusted by the service. The burrito maker was cutting all the toppings short, I had to ask for more veggies and more slaw. She gave me 4 little peppers at first, then added 2. She gave me 3 little pieces of slaw, and then added 2. Slaw is not big. Anyway, there were too many examples of how little the amount of toppings were added to my burrito. I hope the service improves but I will give it some before I return to this location.

First time going here and I was very disappointed. The lady that works there was extremely rude. She became more rude the more questions we asked as it being our first time we had a few questions. She was not friendly and seemed irritated with us. Also the up charges for extra toppings is ridiculous! The food also didn't taste that great nothing was very hot all Luke warm. Won't be going here ever again!

Got a burrito bowl that was very underwhelming. Rice, veggies and meat were all very bland. Hardly any spice or salt in the dish. Rice was overcooked. Guac was decent and service was good. For an $19 burrito I am extremely disappointed.

I’m not usually the one to leave reviews, because I also understand that people can have bad days! But this has happened multiple times now to me and my boyfriend, the tall girl with light eyes just seems miserable the first time we got served with her she was so completely rude to us, we came in within 45 mins of closing and she just gave us some much attitude we even offered to leave, and we left with a crunchy brown rice! This time we came in everything seemed fine until we went to pay and my bf asked for a drink and she rolled her eyes at us… it’s very upsetting! I ready other reviews saying she was spoke to already, but this hasn’t changed. I hope this issue can be fixed, we love mucho burrito but we will not be coming in if she will be serving us! And btw we spent 35$ on a burrito bowl and a burrito with a drink just to leave with crunchy rice stuck to our teeth! & sore teeth!

(First ever Google review)Visited the location in cobourg as I have many times over the last 5 years.The old women making the burrito bowls is a mess. Dressed like a slob because she likely cannot fit in the company made uniforms. She has been less than accommodating in all visits.When I asked to have chick peas added to my burrito bowl as a substitution to not having cheese she says no. It’s an up charge. “I gave you more chicken” (instead of the cheese)She indeed did not, as I got 1 scoop of chicken. Rather than argue I decide to just walk away. She’s an old miserable woman… losing customers for the location.I feel sorry for her coworker who seemed very nice. (Must be horrible to have to work with such a miserable human day in and day out)
