Osmow's Shawarma

I visited first time at Osmosis Cobourg and my experience was fantastic. The staff very professional and friendly, and the customer service was outstanding. I especially want to mention Baljit and Tanisha for their outstanding service and positive attitude. They clearly care about giving customers the greatest experience, as evidenced by their professionalism and kindness, which really stood out. I'm delighted with the service I got and suggest Osmosis Cobourg to anyone seeking for excellent Food, good customer service and a welcoming environment.

Tried this place for first time and man these guys are cheap. Quantity was way less than what other osmov's serve, with taxes it was almost 15$. Plus they only hire international students. You won't see any local student working here

Sorry to say that this location of osmow's shawarma provided a very poor quality of food. We (3 families) went to visit big apple on Labor day long weekend and we stopped by Coburg to pray our dhur prayer at masjid gafoor. We decided to take food from here considering that we won't get halal food at there. I was so mad at osmow's and I decided not to go any osmow's when I return home in Toronto. Osmow should think to compete with Shelbys as their food quality Is really good and they are standing out in everywhere they are opening now a days.

Second time they messed up my pickup order
I asked for sauces on the side and they put the sauces all over it and I’m 40min away
I guess I will have to check each box before I leave the store next time

could hardly understand the workers, workers were cranky, food took forever to cook, when i finally got my food it was half empty and they forgot my Doritos on top. i wont be coming back.

I’m don’t know who was working tonight September 10, 9-close but the wrap I ordered off of uber was the best osmows I’ve ever had and I’ve been a customer for 10 years. Kudos to whomever it was.

Had the mild Chicken Shawarma and gotta tell u, mild has a kick. Osmow's Shawarma definitely are almost as good as the Ottawa local Lebanese Shawarmas. The spiciness is nice and I guess is an Egyptian thing. I have had numerous Shawarmas over the years in different cities and countries and the Lebanese ones from Ottawa still rank #1. But Osmow's franchise have taken the 2nd place. Great choices, good ingredients and warm friendly staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Osmow's. I have been tob3 different outlets and each nails it perfectly the same. Keep Rockin it Osmow family, you got it right.!!!!

I really appreciate the girl harpreet kaur who is working here with full dedication and enthusiasm which reflects in her servings and makes the meal taste more delicious. I want that this girl should be blessed with whatever she wants and continue to do her with all the magic of her smile. And i want the owner should appreciate her handwork and make her hard-work all worth it.

Where's the meat??? My large chicken shawarma was 85% lettuce, onions and tomatoes. For $15.80 I was not impressed. Too bad I won't returning to this location. Having said that the Osmos in Belleville is excellent and knows how to put on the proper proportions of meat. Rabbits woulda loved it though.

Me and my husband usually come and dine here with family. The wraps are top notch. I would like to take this moment to appreciate shivam who has been exceptionally amazing with his work. Though we are regular customers but we try only to come on the days when he is on shift. I would like to tell the owner to make special note of this boy. He has magic in his hands. It is very easy to put ingredients and fold it but it takes special care and magic touch to make it delicious. I would request the owner to kindly retain him. He is an asset.

Absolutely amazing experience! Shivam serves the best food with incredible flavors — every dish was delicious and fresh. What really stood out was his warm hospitality and welcoming smile. He greeted us so kindly and made us feel right at home. Great service, great food, and an even greater host. Highly recommend visiting — Shivam truly makes the experience memorable!

Worst osmows experience at this location Very slow service . I ordered chicken poutine that was extremely salty.It took 25 min just get my poutine and restaurant was not busy at all. I won’t ever buy food from this place again because of poor food quality and service.

Honestly not a great experience ordering online. I placed my order and made my way to the restaurant 15 minutes later. By the time I got there the app said my order was ready for pickup. I waited with the rest of the folks waiting as to not be rude and everyone was served and left. Being the last one waiting, I politely asked if my order was in fact ready and I was informed my order hadn’t been started yet. Coming from work on my break, my time was limited - hence why I ordered online. I waited over 20 minutes after asking if my order was ready for them to finally complete it. Customers who came in and ordered in-store after I arrived were served promptly and got their food long before I did. Why offer a service claiming “convenience” when this was anything but convenient. The staff were ignorant and blatantly ignored food safety regulations. I will think twice about returning - my visit was very disheartening.

Great service, both the boy and girl working there were professional and very friendly. They were working very hard. Glad to see such hardworking kids.
