Surprisingly I didnt get sick after eating osmows from this location which means they had good temp control for food and cleanliness. I enjoyed my rice with chicken and beef and side of fresh salad

Tried for the second time and I’m gonna be going there forever when I am craving chicken and fries very good and all the employees are so nice I am very grateful for having this restaurant in Canada very good and I recommend for all people

I ordered a crispy chicken wrap last night, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst I’ve had from Osmow’s. The wrap was overloaded with lettuce, so much so that it felt like I was eating a salad wrap with a tiny hint of chicken. The balance was completely off, and the few pieces of chicken that were in there were dry, little to no sauce f ok r the wrap. For the price I paid, I expected a much better meal.

Vegetarian options: We ordered the Beyond steak and falafel wraps. Though they warn their hot sauce is really hot, even the not-the-spiciest sauce itself was burning my tongue. And so can handle the ghost peppers with no problem The garlic and tahini sauce could not even be tasted. If they can balance the quantity of these sauces, the beyond steak option will be very enjoyable. The others who ordered medium were also if the same opinion.

You guys should probably check your chicken for bones before you serve it ? I used to love this place, not so much now - this is not only disgusting but dangerous.

First time here, placed order online for pickup. My “Philly steak wrap” was so wet the wrap was a soggy mess. When I picked it up the wrap fell apart and I had to eat it with a knife and fork. It was like a ton of water in it. Don’t think there was any cheese on it, but hard to tell. Just a big mess.

Also when we got home with our order we had an additional wrap in our bag, something we didn’t order, so someone is going to open their order and be very annoyed.

The level of customer service that was there when they first opened isn't there anymore, the staff rush through orders far too quickly without paying attention.

Used to love going here, but as of lately I need to watch them make my order to ensure it's done correctly. If I'm paying for something I'd like to recieve what I pay for.

My most recent order had a few mistakes. From it not being rung in correctly despite me pointing it out and being told it'll be made how I asked, which it wasn't, I still had to correct them. To them not reading the screen correctly and adding far too much hot sauce when there wasn't supposed to be any at all making it almost unbearable to eat. Also everything is always so dry, even when I order extra sauce and pay for extra sauce, they never put much sauce.

Tried this place for the 3rd time and won’t be going again. All 3 times we have ordered for pick up and something was wrong or missing. This time ordered the red pepper hummus and pita and it wasn’t in the bag and then they argued we didn’t order it (was clearly on our order) and then the staff members argued about who prepared it. Ordered 2 large size wraps and got home to find they were regular size. On top of all this the food just isn’t very good. Clearly seems a case of people who shouldn’t be running a business. No focus on training of staff or standards. Guarantee you won’t see this place still in business a year or 2 from now!
