There was a mistake with my order; when I called to tell them they were extreme rude. Even texted my phone after our call demanding I send pictures and calling me a liar. I’ve been a customer for many years, until now. Terrible customer service.

Ordered my first pizza and boneless wings from Papa John’s. Asked for it to be well done. It was basically a raw dough mess. Very skimpy on toppings Boneless wings were raw and cold. Had to throw them out didn’t want the dog eating them. Don’t need salmonella. Shaq would be very disappointed. I should have made a Delicio pizza and saved $40. Saddest pizza I’ve seen in a long time WOW!

Pizza was shorted on order and they didn't do anything about getting it to us at all....were a local business and we wouldn't dare treat customers this way. service is as bad as the food

Ordered here all the time the last few years and it was always well done. They have been making so many mistakes and giv8ng me garbage pizza with no toppings or the wrong toppings entirely. Each time no effort was made to correct, I had to go out twice to get the correct pizza I ordered as they refused to deliver the correction. Don't waste your time or money at this place anymore. If they make a mistake...and they will, it will cost you money and time and not the other way around.

Always loved papa johns in cobourg but under new ownership t he pizza has gone downhill. The last pizza I got there had virtually no tomato sauce and toppings were less than normal .

Ordered some pizza, the guy taking the order was very patients and kind and repeated the order numerous times to ensure they got it correct. When delivered, they did forget some of the order. We called back and they were very receptive to correcting the order. Very kind, and communicative. Always love the garlic crust.

Went to Papa John's last night to get pizza and wings. Service is always good and the staff are welcoming. However, we noticed it was new ownership. When we got home the toppings we ordered were extremely sparse. The pepperoni was a few pieces cut into quarters. The hamburger was fairly sparse also. Cutting back on what you ask for will make customers go elsewhere, ( but not little little Caesars as they have gone downhill since new ownership)
The young man ‘Ben’ was exceptional! He was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. He made our pizza promptly and even brought our pizza out to us! The food is always good at this location. Thank you Ben for your exceptional service.

I went to Papa John’s on July 3 Wednesday night was not impressed again this is the second time I’ve had problems and I’ve ordered there twice first of all the lady on the phone couldn’t understand me very well and I couldn’t understand her so I picked it up I got the two medium pizzas with three toppings each. The pizzas were ready on time, but the toppings were a few and far between didn’t have very many maybe couple of pepperonis couple of pieces of beef a few mushrooms not all not going back.

Tried to order a simple order over the phone just two pizzas was about half way through then I got hung up on. I figured I lost connection so I called back just to be put on hold for 5 minutes, than got hung up on again. The service here doesn't even seem like they care. Not sure who hired these people but probably should check in on them and make sure they are actually working.

After having a terrible experience across the street and little ceaser I decided to come over to papa johns the atmosphere of this pizza place was unreal the young kids in the back working but also having a great time making pizza while singing along to some music was lovely to hear. I would also like to add what wonderful customer service this establishment has. Not only was I greeted when I came in by a young man with a smile and asking me how I was and what I would like. They went above and beyond I accidentally forgot my wallet in the store. the young man returned my wallet to my home. Papa johns you have some incredible employees on your hands. Thank you so much papa johns pizza Iam very greatful of your kind act
