We usually love ordering from Papa Johns but our recent pizzas left all of us feeling less than happy. Toppings were extremely sparse. Not at all what we are used to from previous orders. We ordered online so the only person we dealt with was the delivery guy who was polite.
Super disappointed .. we ordered party pizzas for my son’s birthday today not knowing they didn’t offer party pizza … got a large pizza cut into squares and charged $50 for 2 cheese and 1 pepperoni seems like I got super ripped off..

There was a mistake with my order; when I called to tell them they were extreme rude. Even texted my phone after our call demanding I send pictures and calling me a liar. I’ve been a customer for many years, until now. Terrible customer service.

Ordered my first pizza and boneless wings from Papa John’s. Asked for it to be well done. It was basically a raw dough mess. Very skimpy on toppings Boneless wings were raw and cold. Had to throw them out didn’t want the dog eating them. Don’t need salmonella. Shaq would be very disappointed. I should have made a Delicio pizza and saved $40. Saddest pizza I’ve seen in a long time WOW!
