Perogies And Poutine

We order of skip the dishes. Had it a few times, decided to leave a review. We ordered a 9 piece Korean beef perogies, with a traditional poutine. The poutine: fries were great compared to most places. Very scarce with the cheese and gravy, the outside had many untouched frites.. now to the main perogies…. Korean beef it’s called. As I am visiting Cobourg and having been to a symposium cafe in Barrie and Alliston and have never been disappointed, I decided to have lunch at the Cobourg Cafe. My lunch was horrible , the chicken on a bun and a Caesar salad, the bun was toasted on the inside but frozen on the top, chicken was tough as old nails and a soggy salad, while I was waiting to pay my bill I also heard another unhappy customer complaining. Food is good for the most part but we were a large group in an almost empty restaurant and the service was aweful. One friend was charged for the most expensive wine on the menu even tho she asked for a house wine. The added on a 20% tip without telling us. WE WILL NOT GO BACK for our monthly dinner ever.
