Two young girls working are rude and cannot make a pita without it falling apart. They load so much sauce on it and can’t wrap it properly without it splitting open. A lot of attitude from the young brunette worker mumbling comments under her breath.

I went to this pita pit on May 12 to order a pita for my son. I ordered a chicken pita with bacon, lettuce, cheese, cucumber and mayo… nothing complicated. The red headed female worker (have to use description as she was not wearing name tag) proceeded to bathe the pita in mayo by emptying half the container in the pita. I told her that was too much and I didn’t want that much mayo. I asked her to remake the pita with far less mayo. She proceeds to get angry and declare she is not going to remake the pita as I should have specified how much mayo I wanted before she started. Sorry I expected a pita in which my son could actually taste the chicken and the other ingredients. I thought at Pita pit the customer gets to have the pita how they like it, maybe I missed the change to their protocol. Any way she eventually did remake the pita but I could have done without the rudeness. I realize working food service jobs can be thankless sometimes, however as someone who has done it I would always ensure my customers left with a good experience and satisfied they got what they paid for.

I’m a strong believer in good work ethic and it was very well shown here. I asked for 2 chocolate banana smoothies and a berry bliss it not only did I get it in very fast timing, I was shown great customer service. I will definitely be coming back!!!
Went to get pitas for dinner Friday night on my home from work seemed like there was a party going on with staff a staff member I believe she was in front of me ordering food she left to take a call in the back and hadn’t paid yet the girl at the till either voided or completed it without payment and than the girl took my order my price for 2 pitas came to 25.97 I tired to tap it would not let me so I had to insert my card the girl at cash went missing my debit said approved I proceeded to walk away and the girl came back to the till said oh your purchase did not go through and I said yes it said approved she told me I had to pay again so I pulled up my bank account and said yes it went through and I showed her my bank account well no receipt came out she says this happen with our system you will get your money back into your bank account in a few hours it I was bullied into payin 25.97 twice my choices were leave with no food and minus 25.97 or pay it again so it’s been almost 2 days and still have not been refunded yet. Talked to head office talked too manager the owner wouldn’t come to phone and never had a return call they feel there is nothing wrong with what happened I was charged 2 times for my order what if I didn’t have the money to pay twice I would have left with no pitas and no refund this is very bad customer service jndeed Yours truly still waiting for my money you have bad service

Just ordered a club pita with double meat watched the girl behind the counter destroy the pita trying to open it up and when I commented to her that she could need a new pita that one was garbage now she said oh it will be okay! Watched her proceed to attempt to put topping sauce and meats into this pita and have it explode as she tries to roll it up, then she grabs another pita shell opens it nicely and stuffs to original pita in still rolled up but instead of just leaving it she then starts pulling the original apart and throwing it in the garbage with some meat and toppings still attached. Extremely disappointed with this paying $20 for a $8 pita because the snotty server ruined my pita and any chance me or my family will ever return to this pita pit, staff should be trained better in food handling and customer service!!!
