Ordered the Nashville hot chicken , first of all the pizza looks like something from 241 the crappiest pizza in town secondly 4 pieces have 1 nugget of chicken on them and we couldn’t taste anything but hot spice not even the dill sauce on top didn’t know what it was. Called to ask about quality amounts and size and was just told yep that’s all normal. Won’t be back. Only good quality chain not ripping consumers off is Papas Pizzaland in Cobourg.

Won’t be ordering pizza from here again, bad experience on delivery. Placed an order with instructions to be delivered to my door at the back of the house apartment #3. The delivery service just dropped it at the front of the house at my neighbours door with no call. Not only did they ignore the instructions on the receipt to deliver to my door they left it outside on a step in front of a house with no call. I’m not sure if it’s a illiterate issue or maybe they can’t read but it was disrespectful and rude

Tyler is an absolute G. This man took the initiative and put all my extra pepperonis UNDER the cheese so as to not burn them. He took that extra second to deliver and he did not disappoint. Service like this, in addition to the greasy masterpiece that is Pizza Hut, is what makes me keep coming back for more. Tyler, god bless you and your family king 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Best pizzas in the town. Jeff and Tyler take care of you so well and make the best pizza dripping with high quality cheese and also bread which is very fluffy and best. I have found this place to be best compared to anywhere in GTA. If you are close to 401, make sure to make it to this Pizza Hut.

Terrible pizza. I ordered two large pizzas tonight. One was pepperoni and the other a cheese pizza. They were burnt, soggy crust, and the cheese was like a thin layer of cardboard. Really awful.
My expectations for ordering a cheese pizza is that it is cheesy. The cheese should stretch and be gooey, but it wasn't at all. It was literally a thin hard sheet of cheese without flavour, that was as difficult to chew as cardboard.

My wife and I were given a Coupon for the Pizza Hut, in Cobourg, ON. So we decided to give it a try. We were really impressed with the Staff, who went out of their way to help us with their many food options. We decided on a 3 Item Pizza that had lots of cheese and generous toppings. The Crust was thin and soft, which is the way we like it. If you haven't tried this Pizza Hut, I encourage you to make a visit and taste their great pizza!

Ordered two pizzas..order arrived in time and that was really the only good part. The pizzas were burnt(particularly the pepperonis) and the taste was very subpar. Called the cobourg store at least 5 times..no one picked up. Next tried "customer service" got through once and tried to pass is off back to cobourg store..again no one answered. Tried customer service again and was hung up on 3 times. Had to call through on another line and to my shock they answered. Told them about the poor quality of our pizza and as told two new pizzas would be delivered within half an hour...no pizzas were delivered and the store was closed. Will not be going back.
