My wife and I were given a Coupon for the Pizza Hut, in Cobourg, ON. So we decided to give it a try. We were really impressed with the Staff, who went out of their way to help us with their many food options. We decided on a 3 Item Pizza that had lots of cheese and generous toppings. The Crust was thin and soft, which is the way we like it. If you haven't tried this Pizza Hut, I encourage you to make a visit and taste their great pizza!

Ordered two pizzas..order arrived in time and that was really the only good part. The pizzas were burnt(particularly the pepperonis) and the taste was very subpar. Called the cobourg store at least 5 times..no one picked up. Next tried "customer service" got through once and tried to pass is off back to cobourg store..again no one answered. Tried customer service again and was hung up on 3 times. Had to call through on another line and to my shock they answered. Told them about the poor quality of our pizza and as told two new pizzas would be delivered within half an hour...no pizzas were delivered and the store was closed. Will not be going back.

My phone ordered (my fault) to the wrong location so when I showed up to get my order it wasn’t in the system. Both employees working were amazing they resolved the problem super quick. I have forgot the names of the two working but what excellent customer service.

I ordered a pizza today from your location and found hair baked into the crust. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Do your staff not wear hairnets? I am very disappointed and quite disgusted by this experience. Please address this issue immediately.

Bought 3 pizzas last night (on a friday) and friendly girl said be ready in 10 minutes and they were! Awesome pizza Awesome service and awesome price. Always see the same gentleman making the pizza always super friends. Thanks Pizza hut

I placed an order for pizza tonight. I did not receive any pizza even though it said it was delivered. I called the store number multiple times and was either stuck on hold or hung up on. I located a 1-800 number and was able to get some assistance but will have to wait and see if I get a refund. This is the absolute worst service I have ever encountered. It's one thing not receive the order but to not be able to contact the store for assistance is ridiculous.
Ordered pizza missing half the ingredients plus no sauce took it back had to wait 40 minutes for another, no money back or Apology.

My order was messed up when I called to address the issue was give excuses after excuses. Was sent a new order that was 2 hours after my original order. Also didn't resolve the issue because no one was there with the power to resolve it.
