Disappointing Second Visit This was my second visit to Rosarya Bakery Café. I had gone in looking for a scone with an Americano, but the staff didn’t seem familiar with what a scone was. No problem—there was a good selection of other baked goods. I chose a Danish instead. While it was a generous size, the $5.50 price felt steep, and unfortunately it was overly sweet, which made me second-guess my choice. The Americano was quite strong, but the serving size was underwhelming for the price. Overall, I left disappointed. There are better options on Cobourg’s Main Street that offer higher quality and better value, so I won’t be returning.

Pastries are delicious and croissants are amazing. Pistachio and almond filled ones are especially good. Honestly, Best croissants I’ve ever had! Staff are also very sweet and friendly..
They do not appear to know how to brew tea. The process was: tea bag in the cup; dump water on it from the spigot on the side of the coffee maker (wrong temperature); serve bitter, ruined tea. She was ready to dump milk into this, and looked at me like I was an idiot when I said I'd like it to steep for a bit first. On a hunch I took a sniff, and realized there was no saving it. Oh, and $3.50 for this experience. The treats do look tasty.

We love supporting local businesses. This is a great little bakery located in Cobourg. They had an amazing selection of sweet and savoury baked goodies. The staff were very friendly. We sat down to enjoy a strong Americano and spinach and feta baked bread. So tasty and fresh!! Glad we are only a few steps away. See you again!!

I’m not kidding you when I say- best pastry we’ve ever had! Both my wife and I have been to Paris and Rosarya Bakery Cafe wins! Not to mention the service was great. Super friendly staff! A note was left on our coffee cups that said “Have a wonderful day,” and “Thank you for coming.” We’ve never had an almond chocolate croissant like this and probably won’t ever again. It was nothing but perfection. 10/10 good. Flaky pastry, delicious filling with abundant almond flavour and a dash of powdered sugar and toasted almonds to top off this little piece of heaven. Don’t mind the photo- we devoured the first pastry then remembered to snap a pic of the 2nd before it was too late! Job well done. Keep up the great work and thank you for making our day!
